Error message with the latest master (commit : 32bb71293111ca776001908d9355d446fc40a254 )
Sorry, the requested view was not found. The technical reason is: No template was found. View could not be resolved for action "index" in class "TYPO3\CMS\Belog\Controller\ToolsController".

Apart from belog (see above) I found the following problems:
1) after initial login, the "welcome screen" is totally empty (void grey area)
2) View module:not working: it does not load the page (void grey area, see Cattura.png)
3) Workspace module:not working: it does not load the page (void grey area, see 2) )
4) Recycler module:not working: it does not load the page (void grey area, see 2) )
5) Filelist module:not working: it does not load the page (void grey area, see see Cattura2.png )
6) Extension Manager module: not working, error message:
