feedit: "Create new element" does not show new content element wizard

Description

Each content element has a edit toolbar beneath itself in frontend editing mode.

One of the buttons is "add new content element", which opens a popup to create an element after that element.

Unfortunately, the record edit window is opened instead of the new content element wizard.
This makes it harder for editors to choose an element, because instead of the familiar tab-based wizard, only a "content type" dropdown with possibly several dozen entries is shown.

When clicking the "add new content element" button, the new content element wizard should be shown.
