showLogoutFormAfterLogin = 1 disables all redirects

Description
If you enable showLogoutFormAfterLogin, all other configured redirects will be ignored. Especially the "redirectPageLogout" will be ignored, even if though showLogoutFormAfterLogin should only alter the behavior of login.
- Status changed from New to Under Review
- Target version set to next-patchlevel
- Is Regression changed from No to Yes
Steps to reproduce:
- Create login CE
- Check "Disable redirect after successful login, but display logout-form" in tab "General"
- Select "After Login (TS or Flexform)" and "After Logout (TS or Flexform)" in the "Redirect Mode" in tab "Redirects"
- Select a target page in "After Successful Login Redirect to Page" in tab "Redirects"
- Select a target page in "After Logout Redirect to Page" in tab "Redirects"
- Go to the frontend and log in and out.
This was introduced by myself in https://review.typo3.org/#/c/39671/ with my very first "patch" when I even did not manage to create the ticket in the right category. Sorry for that.
