Reinitialize Language Flags after delete CE in list module

Description
Hello,
I have a parent record with translated records in list module.
If you click on the pastebin-icon the record will be deleted, but the language flags of the parent record will not be updated. So you have to reload this frame to see them again.
Yes, I know: If I choose "delete" from ContextMenue of the translated record-icon, then a complete refresh will be initiated and we don't have this problem.

I think it is still present on latest master; if I remember this issue is about the flag on the "Localize to" column in list view.
To reproduce it:
1) TYPO3 with at least two languages (default, and an attitional language
2) create a page and translate it
3) create a content element and translate it
4) list view
5) delete the translated content element using the trash icon (not the context menu)
Results¶
on the "Localize to" column in list view no icon is present, as the page is not refreshed
Expected result¶
you should see a squared box with the flag of the alternative language
This is still reproducible on 10.4.0-dev (latest master)

This issue seems still present on latest master, with both trash icon and context menu
- TYPO3 Version changed from 7 to 11
- PHP Version changed from 5.6 to 8.1
I tested this issue with 11.5.26 and it is still present, but only with the trash icon: if you use the context menu, the list view is reloaded
