Remove link gets disappeared when user clicks on other tabs in insert link pop up window

Description
Required:
Link in the RTE
Steps to follow:
- Place the cursor on the link and click on the Insert link
- you should see the remove link button with text at the top of the pop up window
- Click on any of the tabs available in the pop up windows
- Observer the bug
Expected Result:
The remove link should appear at the top of the insert link pop up window
Actual Result:
The remove link disappeared.

In which TYPO3 version does that happen? I have just selected version 7 in order to be able to move this report, not because I knew it would be that version.

That happens in both 7.6.4 and latest master (8.0-dev)

After thinking about this issue closely again, I conclude that this is not an issue.
I see no usecase where an editor would first change the linktype and then wants to remove the link.
Either you open the link wizard and remove the link right away, or you select a new target for the link.
