Link in the RTE

Steps to follow:

  1. Place the cursor on the link and click on the Insert link
  2. you should see the remove link button with text at the top of the pop up window
  3. Click on any of the tabs available in the pop up windows
  4. Observer the bug

Expected Result:

The remove link should appear at the top of the insert link pop up window

Actual Result:

The remove link disappeared.
