Extbase Plugins don't work on extended TS-Templates with clear setup

Description
If you have a page with a TypoScript root template and a subpage with an extended TypoScript Template and activate the two checkboxes Clear Constants and Setup, then Extbase Plugins don't work in the Frontend on this Subpage:
Uncaught TYPO3 Exception
#1205414233: No suitable request handler found.

A TypoScript root-template has more TypoScript, then an Extensiontemplate with clear setup.

you cleared the config of ext:extbase, so include the ext_typoscript_setup.txt and all is fine.

Thank you Georg, i know, but do you think it is a good way to show an exception at the frontend, if this checkbox is used?

the same should happen with pageobjects not being defined.
If there is no TS, TYPO3 will complain :)
