Description
Acceptance Criteria:
The menu-title is rendered.
if “Add link to bypass navigation block” is chosen in backend, the “Link text to bypass navigation block” is rendered
If no link text: fallback-title “skip-link”
Title-attribute is shown in the a-tag and contains content of the description-field of the linked page
Technical Description / Additional Information:
As editor I am able to fill in fields to skip menu (tab “accessibility”) but they are not rendered.

The rule for the title-attribute in the a-tag is WCAG 2.0 2.4.4

As there is currently no one working on these stories and as we have a restarted accessibility initiative and these kind of stories should be taken into account and planned to be developed by that initiative. Of course, the content here is still relevant and can be used for creating further plans once concrete steps to implement these stories are being taken.
