Description
As an editor in list module i want to translate a content element. If it is the first content element i want to decide wether i use the connected or the free mode in the same way as in page mode.
Acceptance Criteria:
• first item in a given colPos: the translation wizard (modal) should appear after clicking on the flag like in page modul.
• other items in the same colPos: translation is made in the choosen mode
