Setup:
Page with owner "admin" and group "editors".
Permissions:
- all for owner
- only show and edit content for group
- others none
A normal user (belonging to the editors group) sees no "+ Content" buttons in the Page module view.
Adding content via list module works.
The reasons is calling $this->getPageLayoutController()->pageIsNotLockedForEditors() in typo3/sysext/backend/Classes/View/PageLayoutView.php:527, which involves a check for $this->CALC_PERMS & Permission::PAGE_EDIT.
This is wrong for content editing.
