Description

Hallo,

i got a problem with a TCA Configuration with a FAL type. I set minitems = 1 and maxitems = 1 to require this field.
In the backend the object can be saved without setting anything to the FAL attribute.
The configuration should be allright(1.png). Under configuration in the backend there is everthing allright(2.png). The reason why i put this under a core bug is that the same TYPO3 configuration for example from the FE-USER doesnt work the same.
Anybody an idea ?
TYPO3 version 7.6.9

This issue should be solved for version 8.7; I think it is safe to close this issue now.

If I am wrong and this problem is still present on recent TYPO3 versions like 8.7.x or 9.4-dev please reopen it or ping me and I'll do.
