UserTSConfig options.pageTree.altElementBrowserMountPoints with a non existing pid throws exception

Description

If you are using the User TSConfig altElementBrowserMountPoints, you can enable crosslinking to not allowed pages.
But if you are defining a non-existing pid (or if someone deletes a defined page), an error is shown:

Argument 2 passed to TYPO3\CMS\Core\Imaging\IconFactory::getIconForRecord() must be of the type array, null given, called in /Web/typo3_src/typo3/sysext/backend/Classes/Tree/View/AbstractTreeView.php on line 672
