Description
The method extRelPath() is always referring to the relative path
of the current script running, thus it always depends on a valid
path which can be anything.
Instead, solutions like the "EXT:" syntax should be used,
or paths absolute or relative to the PATH_site.
There are alternatives in place, and these should be used
for anything regarding path resolving.
