Hi,

There is no explicit setting for curl anymore, as the core now uses guzzle (see http://docs.guzzlephp.org/en/latest/)

Do you need anything more?

I close this one because, as Susanne Moog said, Guzzle is now used instead of Curl; please refer to the documentation link she wrote.
