fresh installation 8.4.1 into subdirectory leads to semi-broken TYPO3

Description
Installing a fresh TYPO3 8.4.1 on a shared hosting package into a subdirectory leads to a semi-broken TYPO3: The page tree is not shown and all clicks on the web modules show no effect. No problem occured during the installation and the installer valuated the system to be ok.
The system log shows ten of the following entries:
LIVE ERROR Error handler Core: Error handler (BE): PHP Warning: file_get_contents(/XXX/XXX/XXX/XXX/htdocs/vhs_11/htdocs/typo3//vhs_11/htdocs/typo3/sysext/backend/Resources/Public/JavaScript/extjs/components/pagetree/javascript/app.js): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /XXX/XXX/XXX/htdocs/vhs_11/typo3_src-8.4.1/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Resource/ResourceCompressor.php line 285
A fresh install with Version 8.3.1 in a similar manner into an equal subdiretory leads to a smooth working TYPO3...!

Hi, this has been resolved in master already with #78490 8.4.1 only contains security fixes. This bugfix will not be applied on hte 8.4 version anymore due to our release cycle.
