Description
The check against an outdated typo3.org extension repository is shown in Composer mode which doesn't make sense. It should be skipped in Composer mode.

Due to some major extension information coming from the main (TER) repository, the check for the state of this is crucial for the TYPO3 system.

For the record: the "major extension information" here are details about security fixes, thus this is useful to have even in Composer mode.

- Has duplicate Feature #85237: The report "Extension list is not up to date!" should be supressed if running in Composer mode added
