Expand button in workspace module has wrong tooltip

Description
The first button for records on Workspace Module (see attached screenshot) has the wrong title.
It reads "Swap live and workspace versions of record" but should be something like "Collapse/Expand relations"
Tested with 8.5 and latest master (8.6-dev)

Hello Riccardo, the workspace module was adjusted with this patch: https://review.typo3.org/#/c/46573/44.
The 'send to stage' button moved to the information modal. In its place is a arrow button to expand elements with file relations.
But you're right the title is wrong and could confuse a user.

I was totally wrong about the purpose of that button! I updated the description. Thanks to Mona Muzaffar for her findings!
