pathinfo() does not strip sub-paths

Description
While reviwieng https://review.typo3.org/#/c/51442/ the following problem was discovered:
It looks like you identified a bug in either CMS Fluid or Fluid standalone. The use of pathinfo() strips sub-paths and I designed Fluid standalone exactly so it would accept sub-paths. So this appears to be broken functionality which we can restore.
