Description

given the following TS:

                <INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE:dev.ts" condition="applicationContext = /^NotMatched/">
                foo = bar

I would expect the foo = bar to be evaluated

Current behavior: the code is not evaluated but discarded
