Flexform Section with FAL Typo3 8.6

Description
I have a Flexform with Sections. When I integrate a FAL element in the Section and want to add a new element, than I get following error:
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in typo3_src-8.6.1/typo3/sysext/backend/Classes/Form/Element/GroupElement.php line 158
When I remove the FAL element, add the first Section element and then reactivate FAL, it works.
In the Typo3 version 7.6 it works fine.
