Description

I install an extension in extension manager. When I try to insert a new record then, I get the same sql error as in #79887. This means, that the db-analyzer from install tool must be run by hand after every extension-install (as one might not know, whether the ext creates localized tables).

I think this is a bug (say: the l10n_state field should be added when an extension is installed), or did I miss something?
