Description

Hi there;
wanted to make an update from 7.6 to 8.6.1: when I call the Installtool I get these to little issues:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting '&' or variable (T_VARIABLE) in /var/www/typo3_src-8.6.1/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Utility/GeneralUtility.php on line 3867
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '.' in /var/www/typo3_src-8.6.1/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Utility/GeneralUtility.php on line 3896

(I downloaded the recent TYPO3-source via 'wget --content-disposition get.typo3.org/8.6 ' as recommended in the 'whats-new'-slides)
