on latest 8.7.0 the target is not set if i use menu-typ "external url" and set unter behaviour "_blank"

The same problem. "External URL" pages can not be set to open width target="_blank" via page properties. The target is not beeing rendered in the link. Only menu with "CASE" works. But should be working like in all other TYPO3 versions.
