On a fresh installation the images in the "combining images"-test don't display. The commands listed below are correct and the image-name is as well.
But the HTML contains:
<img src="../../../../InstallTestcombine158f98db780a3f359965681.jpg?1492749751">
which results in trying to load:
http://example.com/InstallTestcombine158f98db780a3f359965681.jpg?1492749751
