Hello,

when installing TYPO3 (Version 8.7.*) you can not use the method \TYPO3\TestingFramework\Core\Functional\FunctionalTestCase::getFrontendResponse for functional tests, since it will fail not finding typo3/sysext/core/Tests/Functional/Fixtures/Frontend/request.tpl .

InvalidArgumentException: Template file could not be loaded.

As a workaround you can have

"config": {
"preferred-install": {
"typo3/cms": "source",
"*": "dist"
}
}

in composer.json to solve this issue.

In my opinion this should be moved to testing-framework too.
