DB compare response shown twice

Description
Since the Install Tool refactoring the DB compare output is shown twice.

what I see after clicking the button:
- Analyzed current database
- "Add fields to tables" with the changes
- and then below again "Analyzed current database"
- all checkboxes
- the 2 buttons "run again" & "apply"

weird. i'm still unable to reproduce. maybe add a screenshot? Or could you dig here a bit to see what is going wrong for you?

ok the issue is that the compare stuff is loaded automatically but I also click the button to compare. therefore it is maybe shown twice? so either remove the button or don't autoload the compare

ah, got it. so blind the 're-run' button if it's loading.
