TYPO3 Core

My use case:

• constant with type "comment" in constants editor with default value is "#"
• if I click on the edit Button the checkbox is activated
• now I'm saving and after reload the checkbox isn't activated
• I can set the checkbox to checked but after saving and reload the checkbox is unchecked again

In my opinion the checkbox has to stay activated because the "#" value isn't there and the feature for what the comment is use, is active.
