Description

If a file is not found or a folder is not accessible, then a InsufficientFolderReadPermissionsException is thrown and the message "You are trying to use a method on an inaccessible folder." is logged. However the name of the file or folder is missing. It is a lot of work to discover the filename.

TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\Exception\InsufficientFolderReadPermissionsException
message You are trying to use a method on an inaccessible folder.

file /home/path/public_html/typo3_src-8.7.4/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Resource/InaccessibleFolder.php

line 2913

The name of the file should also be given with the exception.
