Description

The issue #82427 introduced a modals for the element browser. ck_editor also uses a modul when setting links. Therefore, the Typo3WinBrowserEditor should also be ported using a modal. Right now, the Typo3WinBrowserEditor is broken, i.e. linking a page or content element does not work. The problem only occurs in v9 (not in v8).
