It's not possible to localize FAL relations, if the field (like the "fal_media" field in the news extension) has "l10n_mode" set to "mergeIfNotBlank"

Description

It's not possible to localize FAL relations, if the field (like the "fal_media" field in the news extension) has "l10n_mode" set to "mergeIfNotBlank".

For example, nothing happens, if you localize a news record and then press the button "Localize all records" at the "fal_media" field.
