Description

It seems there is currently no way to use a runtime value `{field_name}` within a translated subject.

Example:

finishers:
  -
    options:
      subject: 'Your job application: {vacancy}'
    identifier: EmailToReceiver
  -

I'm not able to change this using something similar to

<trans-unit id="job-application.finisher.EmailToReceiver.subject">
    <target>Ihre Bewerbung: {vacancy}</target>
</trans-unit>
