Improve styling of file overwrite dialog

Description
Some elements in the file overwrite dialog of the filelist module could have some additional padding/margin, since elements are too close to each other (see attached screenshot)
Suggestions:
- Add padding to the grey box with the uploaded/original file
- Add padding after label "Alternatively, choose a mass action:"
- Add margin-bottom to row with "Please choose" dropdown in footer section
- Move cancel button to row with "Continue with selected actions" button
