Description

When doing a workspace preview, the browser tries to load a file
typo3/sysext/t3skin/extjs/images/backgrounds/topbar.png
which is referenced in typo3/sysext/workspaces/Resources/Public/Css/preview.css

This file does not exist. This is on TYPO3 7.6.
