Description

Currently we have a lot of duplication in the LLL file paths, as the files are always placed in Resources/Private/Language/. Therefore, the API of LanguageService should allow to shorten out that path and replace e.g. LLL:EXT:core/Resources/Private/Language/locallang.xlf:my.key by LLL:EXT:core:locallang.xlf:my.key.
