Use UTF-8 character … for ellipsis (or

&hellip;

) instead of three single dots ("...") in EXT:fluid/Resources/Private/Templates/ViewHelpers/Widget/Paginate/Index.html to show pages where left out in the list.

There are more than 2000 hits in the core for "..." and ~500 of those are in string constants. Several places should be adjusted I guess...
