Description

As per the subject:

Steps to reproduce

1) TYPO3 8.7.9
2) at least an alternative language
3) filelist > upload an image
3.1) edit metadata, add "title", "description", "Alternative text"
4) translate the metadata in the alternative language

Results:

- title and description are predended with the string [translate to X] where X is the language
- alternative text is not prepended.

This issue affects both 8.7.9 and 9.1.0-dev (latest master). I have not tested with 7.6.x

The issue seems just "cosmetic" - the alternative text in the alternative language is correctly used - see for example #83124
