Description

when using makeCategorizable I have no chance to add 

'onChange' => 'reload'
via supported mechanism today

I use requestUpdate TCA setting which is deprecated in migrateRequestUpdate

TODO:
Add $fieldName 'onChange' to addTcaColumn method.
