Description

To keep the patches small, let's try to get the rewrite done step by step - on https://github.com/psychomieze/TYPO3.CMS/tree/adminPanel we have the nearly complete rewrrite - now I'm trying to chunk that into logical parts.

In this step, I'm rebuilding save and toggle as Ajax Actions which mainly gets rid of the get params.
