Description

If there are multiple files that contain the same issue id in the file name, only one is shown. Example:

Deprecation-85196-ProtectSetupModuleController.rst
Important-85196-RemovedSimulateUserFromUserSettings.rst

-> only the Deprecation file is listed.

Did not check v8, but i'd guess it's affected, too.
