Listview panels: Only first page is filled with records

Description
Working on listview panels with more than 100 records the pages 2,3, ... show only an infobox 'There are no records on this page' but no records.

I did try with Web Module List -> any page with any TCA table entries (more than 100)
How to reproduce this behaviour?

I ran in this issue working on an extension with over 900 records. To check this behaviour, I switched to an other nearly empty installtion of TYPO3 9.3.3 and added more than 100 content elements (text) to a page. In Listview the first page shows the first 100 records, the next page nothing (except the infobox). A developer I know could reproduce this behavior in his environment.

which DB in which version are you using?

I can reproduce this behaviour in 9.3.3. In 9.4-dev it is fine, which release is estimated for 4. september 2018
