Problem/Description¶
When you update an already installed language pack (I've tested it with de) and there is absolutely no connection to the internet, the progress bar goes still up to 100% and a success notification is shown.
ToDo(s)¶
- If a language pack update isn't possible (for whatever reason) the TYPO3 administrator must be notified and an error must be shown any way
