Cached seo_title value not invalidated when saving empty value

Description

How to reproduce:

In Typo3 9.5.3:
- Edit a page and add a value to the seo_title field (this works as it should)
- Now remove the value again, save and reload the page in the frontend, the cached value is still there.

Even deleting the cache for the page does not change the output. All frontend caches have to be deleted for the cached value to be removed.

Suspected cause:

The seo title is cached in the cf_cache_pages_tags table with the tag 'pageTitle_[ID]'. As far as I can tell, there exists no function to remove caches with this tag when saving a page.
