site:identifier is not available

Description
According to https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/core/Changelog/9.5/Feature-86422-TypoScriptGetTextPropertySite.html (#86422) it's possible to retrieve anything from the site configuration.
The 'site:identifier' isn't available, if isn't declared in the 'config.yaml', but the 'site:identifier' is the folder name of the site at 'typo3conf/sites/'.

just for clarification: the identifier is not part of the configuration, therefore I don't see that as bug but as there is a demand for that and an easy task, it should be merged soon.
