It's possible to create multiple site configurations with the same site.base (e.g. https://www.mywebsite.at/).

Acceptance Criteria

  • an error should be shown in the backend, if there are invalid duplicates used, at least
  • optional: a warning should be shown in the backend, if there are possible duplicates used (if there a cases, where TYPO3 can't say if it's a real duplicate)

Affected TYPO3 versions: >= v9.5, v10
