Description

If you double-click a link with an empty href in the ckeditor, the default link wizard appears instead of the TYPO3 link browser.

Although this is probably never done by anyone, this source of error should be intercepted as it is easy to create in source mode.

Found this issue in all versions since TYPO3 8.7 (i've tested only LTS versions).
