Description
There are two bad named option names:
"Strict: Show only translated content, based on overlays"
and
"Fallback: Show default language if no translation exists"
It is not clear, that those fallback types also display records without default translations (see https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/60367).
My suggestions for better option names are:
"Strict: Show only translated content, based on overlays. Also show content records without default translation."
and
"Fallback: Show default language if no translation exists. Also show content records without default translation."
