TCA: tables with ctrl => readOnly => true show the hide button in list view and suggest that it's working

Description

When you have a readOnly table the list view in the backend shows the hide/unihde toggle button. When you click it, it even removes/add the red sign via JS, suggesting that the (un)hiding worked. But actually it doesn't (releaod the list view and the previous state is there again).

Read-only tables should show no buttons that are invalid for read-only tables.
