Given the following cache backend option:
'cacheDirectory' => getenv('TYPO3_PATH_APP') . '/var/other'
The resulting path for the cache directory will be:
/path/to/app/var/other//cache/cache-identifier/
This in turn leads to created directories without fixed file permissions, because the file permission change method checks for a valid path.
