Description

If the source path contains UTF-8 chars, the redirects from the TYPO3 redirects module will not work:

Redirecting 

/cn/产品查询
to 
t3://page?uid=1
will not work, but redirecting 
/cn/%E4%BA%A7%E5%93%81%E6%9F%A5%E8%AF%A2
to 
t3://page?uid=1
does work.
