if an error occurs while clearing the cache, a notification is triggered with static text, which can't be translated:

TypeScript/Toolbar/ClearCacheMenu.ts

Notification.error(
    'An error occurred',
    'An error occurred while clearing the cache. It is likely not all caches were cleared as expected.',
);

This message should use language labels to makes it possible to create translations for other languages.
